Interview Dates 

All applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).  Applications must be received by October 31.  As with all programs using ERAS, application materials will be distributed by your medical school dean’s office.  A minimum of three letters of recommendation are required.

Application Checklist

The following documents must be included in your application:

• Personal Statement
• Curriculum Vitae
• Dean's Letter
• Letters of recommendation (minimum of 3)
• Medical School Transcripts
• M.D. applicants:  USMLE Score Step 1 and Step 2
• D.O. applicants:  USMLE Score Step 1 and Step 2
• J-1 Visa Status or Proof of Residency in US (if not a US Citizen)
• International graduates require the additional documents:
  • Valid ECFMG Certificate

• A passing score for the USMLE is required, but there is no minimum score requirement.

• There is no requirement based on the number of years since graduation from medical school.

• There is no requirement for prior clinical experience in the United States. 

• Only J-1 visas are sponsored at this institution.
